Returns

There is a 14-day period from the date that you receive your goods, to return it to us for a refund or exchange. Only items which are in their original packaging, and are unused can be returned to us. You then have 14 days from the date which you notify us of your wish to return, to send the items back to us. 

You must notify us of your wish to return prior to doing so, using our contact form on this site. We will provide you with a return address. We recommend that you mail the items back to us using a tracked and signed service. You are responsible for return shipping costs. 

If we have not received your return 14 days from your notification, we will unfortunately be unable to process your return.

 

Refunds

If you wish to be refunded, we will issue the refund to the account used to place the order with us (once we have received and inspected the return). The cost of shipping will not be refunded. We will notify you when we have received your return, and when we issue the refund. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to enter your account. 

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your goods for an alternative size or colour, we will issue the exchange once we have received and inspected the returned products.
